Ingredients:
For the Pork:
- 500g (1 lb) pork loin or pork shoulder, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

- 1/2 cup pineapple juice (from a can of pineapple chunks)
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar or white vinegar
- 1/4 cup ketchup

Vegetables and Extras:
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks

Instructions:
1. Marinate the Pork:
- In a bowl, mix the pork pieces with the egg, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Make sure the pork is evenly coated.
